Returns and refunds

Our products are made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected at checkout, or an incorrect shipping address entered with the order. Please check your choices and address before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us through our store’s contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please don’t send an item back unless we’ve asked you to. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
