Where we ship and what it costs
Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Shipping costs may vary by product, destination, and the items in your order.

Production and delivery
Our products are made to order. Your order must be produced before it ships, so any shipping estimate should be considered separately from production time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Production and transit may take longer during busy periods or because of carrier or customs delays.

Multiple shipments
Items in the same order may be produced by different providers and arrive in separate packages. You may receive separate shipping updates for those packages.

Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available, we’ll provide it after your order ships. Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us through our store’s contact page with your order number so we can look into it.

International orders
If you order across a border, customs processing may affect delivery. Any applicable import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be charged by your local authorities or carrier.
